Robert Weinstein serves as the Managing Broker of 1 Reason Realty LLC, bringing over 25 years of experience as a licensed real estate broker. While he is not an actively practicing sales agent, his role provides strategic oversight and depth of expertise to the firm, particularly in complex transactions involving real estate and business interests.

In addition to his brokerage background, Robert is a tax attorney whose primary focus is advising business owners and real estate investors. His practice emphasizes tax strategy, structuring, and optimization, with particular expertise in areas such as 1031 exchanges, cost segregation, and long-term tax planning for real estate portfolios.

Robert has advised clients on the purchase and sale of businesses and brings a practical, analytical approach to evaluating transactions from both a legal and financial perspective.

A serial entrepreneur, Robert has been involved in multiple ventures across real estate, tax advisory, and business services. He earned his Juris Doctor from Northwestern California University School of Law and served in the United States Navy.

He lives with his wife Lori Weinstein and three sons and remains actively engaged in guiding clients and businesses on strategic decisions where real estate and taxation intersect.

After over three decades dedicated to the world of education, Lori is bringing her passion for helping others to the world of real estate.  Lori doesn't just sell houses; she strongly advocates for her clients, helps simplify the complex, and works tirelessly to turn the dream of homeownership into a reality. 

Lori understands that a home is more than just four walls; it’s the foundation for a family’s next chapter. With a natural gift for clear communication and a patience honed by years in the classroom, she ensures her clients feel educated and empowered at every step of the transaction. Her educational background allows her to take complex real estate terminology and processes and explain the steps to ownership and/or sale that is easy to understand.

Lori has been a real estate investor for over 25 years, buying and selling homes and commercial properties on her own behalf, and will be able to employ her extensive experience in your sale or purchase.
