We use your information to respond to your inquiry, connect you with a 1 Reason Realty agent (or a partner lender/insurance agent at our sister company 1 Reason Insurance), and for our internal business operations, including fraud prevention and service improvement.

We share information from our lead-capture forms only as needed to provide the service you requested:
- Sell Your Home and general inquiries — shared with a 1 Reason Realty agent.
- Pre-Approval requests — shared with a 1 Reason Realty partner lender to prepare your pre-approval.
- Homeowners Insurance Quote requests — shared with our sister company, 1 Reason Insurance, for quote preparation.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information with any party outside 1 Reason Realty and 1 Reason Insurance, except as required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Phone and Text Messages (TCPA Consent)
If you provide your phone number on a form that requests TCPA consent, and you check the consent checkbox, you agree to receive calls and text messages (including via automated technology) from 1 Reason Realty and its partners regarding your inquiry. Data Retention
We retain the information you submit through our forms for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, and improve our business. Abuse-prevention logs are retained for 90 days.
